ATICA Mid-Summer Sale — Terms & Conditions
- Promotion period. The Mid-Summer Sale runs from Tuesday, July 28 at 7:30 PM through Sunday, August 9 at 11:59 PM, while supplies last. ATICA may extend, shorten, or end the promotion at any time.
- Eligible items. Discounts apply only to select styles designated as part of the Mid-Summer Sale, as marked. Inclusion varies by style, size, and color; availability is limited to stock on hand. White dress shirts — including the Londoner — are not included and remain at full price. Suits are not included in the Mid-Summer Sale in any way. Availability varies by location: some sale styles and categories (e.g., Winter) are available online only at aticaman.com.
- Pricing. Sale prices are shown on each eligible product and vary by item (up to 60% off; dress shirts from $28). "Compare-at" prices reflect ATICA's own prior selling prices.

Final sale. All Mid-Summer Sale items are FINAL SALE — they cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited, and are not eligible for refunds or store credit, except where required by law. Please review size and fit before purchasing. No exceptions will be made once the purchased item has been received by customer.
**If for any reason you receive the wrong item, or we notify you that the item purchased is out of stock, we will contact you with refund/exchange terms specific to your order** - Bundle offers. Existing bundle offers continue as normal. Items that are not included in the Mid-Summer Sale but are ordinarily offered as part of a bundle (e.g., multi-shirt bundles such as 3 for $119 / 3 for $100) remain available at their standard bundle pricing. Mid-Summer Sale items are sold at their marked sale price.
- No combining offers. Sale prices cannot be combined with any other discount or offer. Online, discount codes and promo codes will not apply to sale items.
- No price adjustments. Sale pricing applies only to qualifying orders placed during the promotion period. No adjustments on prior purchases.
- Shipping. Standard shipping terms apply. Free U.S. shipping on orders over $150.
- Changes & errors. ATICA reserves the right to correct pricing or descriptive errors, limit quantities, and modify or cancel the promotion or these terms at any time without notice.
